We are proud to call Worthington our home. Since 1948, we've been a community resource for all things railroad.

Ohio has an incredibly rich rail heritage, especially Worthington. The city has been influenced heavily by trains, from the early days of the New York Central and Pennsylvania Railroads, through the era of the interurbans and Columbus streetcars, and finally into the modern systems of Norfolk Southern and CSX.

The museum is fortunate to own almost two miles of right-of-way on the former Columbus Delaware & Marion interurban route right in the middle of Franklin County. This allows us to operate our equipment in a way that provides a fully immersive, living history experience for our visitors.
